How do I place my order?  
  • When you see an item you like, click on "Add to Cart" and continue shopping. When you are ready to complete your purchase, click on the Shopping Cart, located towards the top of the page.  
  • Click "Go To Checkout" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "Continue Checkout" to enter your billing information. 
  • Once you've filled out your billing information, click on “Continue Checkout” to confirm and place your order. 
Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it.


What payment methods are accepted? 


Red Cross Store accepts:
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Debit cards connected with either Visa or MasterCard
All other payment methods, including purchase orders and checks, cannot be accepted.



Do you charge sales tax?


Sales tax is not charged for any orders placed at Red Cross Store.



How do I redeem a promo code?


To redeem a promo code, type in your code in the Coupon Code field at the bottom of the screen, and click “Activate”. If the code is still valid, a pop-up will appear confirming you redeemed the code.



How do I remove an item from my cart?

When viewing your Shopping Cart you will see a "REMOVE" button next to each item. Click "REMOVE" for whichever item you want out of your cart. You will see your Shopping Cart displayed again, without that item.



Can I add an item to an order I already submitted?


We are unable to add items to orders that have already been submitted.



How do I cancel my order?


Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, contact Customer Service at customerservice@redcrossstore.org, or 1-877-400-2286. They will issue a return authorization number so you may return your items for a refund.



Can I order by phone, fax or mail?

Orders can be placed over the phone by calling 1-877-400-2286. Orders by fax, email, and mail cannot be accepted.



Will I receive an order confirmation?


An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided with your order. If you have a Red Cross Store account, you can login to retrieve your order confirmation.



How do I check on the status of my order?  


Where is my package?

For orders placed via FedEx, you can track your order online at fedex.com/Tracking, with the tracking number provided on your shipping confirmation email.
